I bought this product after asking if I could view ESPN live and was told yes. After downloading the program I could not find an ESPN live listing. I went online to their online help and asked if I could view ESPN live and was told yes. I mentioned I had purchased the program but was unable to find ESPN live. I had repeated this procedure 3 or 4 times and was finally blocked. Each time I was told I could watch ESPN live but no one would give me steps on how to get to an ESPN listing. But I was told I would receive a manual. I was also told I could receive a refund which I have been trying to get information on how to do so for 3 days now. My experience so far is that I was fraudulently told I could watch ESPN live so I would purchase the program. I do not believe I will see a refund though they guarantee a no risk 60 day guarantee. I have sent 4 requests for information with no response.

  This is a big fraud. I ordered on June 12, 2011 and I kept trying to get at least one channel and I did get get any. I want to report this to better business bureau to stop this fraud. It is wasting my time and money switching my computers to find if there is something wrong anywhere on my end and this is all fraud. I don’t think they will ever refund my money but I’ll try. I’ll show my receipt to one computer store so that people will be aware of this scams.

I had the same experience as Tim. Stoppayingcablebills is garbage. You will never get what you expect to have with them, and they will never reply properly to your request. For example if you ask for refund (which is supposed to be guaranty within 60 days) they will send you to technical support to show you how to download and install the software. Free online tv such as wwwitv, justin.tv, or livestation are much better than their paid service.

Garbage is too nice a term for this product. Most of the “available” stations are “currently not on line” I am from Canada and they said 93 channels would be available. I believe there were 12 and some of those had audio that was not either of our official languages. I have requested a refund but hold out little hope for the guaranteed refund if not satisfied even though I have sent numerous requests.

I guess the sales pitch got me. There’s not one channel that I could get, that I would watch. Many just (were not available), and I had no desire to watch some anonamous traffic cam or religious programming. SCAM! Now to try for a refund!
